摘要：近年来随着生活水平的提高，越来越多的患者选择前往医院进行看病问诊。同时我国互联网电子化飞速发展使得类似智慧医院的全流程就诊方式应运而生。虽然全流程就诊可以有效提高就诊效率，但是现阶段我国医院的主要结算方式仍为“先付费后看病”，这极大地增加了患者看病逗留时间，也加重了患者的经济负担，因此改变现有的结算方式，进一步提高就诊效率迫在眉睫。现阶段不仅是各地区政府，互联网公司也在积极寻求发展“先看病后付费”的突破口。首先对国内外有关“先看病后付费”的服务模式进行了调研与分析，最后对在我国未来的发展趋势进行了预测以及对银联如何进一步展开工作提出了几点建议。

Research and Analysis on the Service of Pay after Treatment(www.chuimin.cn)

Abstract: In modern days， there are increasing patients choosing to go to hospital to treat illnesses， which is benefit by the improvement of living standard. Meanwhile， the development of mobile Internet makes smart hospital into realization. Although the smart hospital improves the efficiency of seeing a doctor， patients still need to pay the bill before treatment， which adds too much unnecessary time and burdens patients. As a result， it is imperative to change the existing flow. At the present stage， not only the governments of different districts， but the Internet companies， like BAT， also devote resources into this field， trying to develop the service of “pay after treatment”.In this article， the research and analysis on domestic and international service is introduced at the beginning. Next follows the prediction about the trends in our county. Finally several advices on how unionpay is supposed to develop this type of service is proposed.
