【摘要】:图3-2新建模板对话框单击Build > Hardpoind > New命令,弹出创建硬点对话框如图3-3所示;在硬点名称里输入p0,类型选择left;在位置文本框输入0.0,-1 000.0,-125.0;单击Apply,完成p0硬点的创建;重复硬点建立,完成如下硬点参数的建立。
•启动ADAMS/CAR,选择专家模块进入建模界面;
•单击File > New命令,弹出建模对话框,如图3-2所示;
•在模板名称处输入my_leaf_4,主特征选择suspension,单击OK。

•单击Build > Suspension Parameters > Toe/Camber Values> Set命令,弹出悬架参数对话框,如图3-4所示,前束角输入0;外倾角输入0;单击OK,完成参数创建;与此同时系统自动建立两个输出通信器:col[r]_toe_angle、col[r]_camber_angle;
•单击Build > Constructon Frame > New命令,弹出创建结构框,如图3-5所示;
•Constructon Frame(结构框名称):wheel_center;
•Type:left;
•Coordinate Reference(参考坐标):._my_leaf_4.ground.hpl_p0;
•Location:0,0,0;
•Location in:local;
•Orientation Dependency:User-entered values;
•Variable Type(变量类型):Parameter Variable(参数变量);
•Toe Parameter Values(前束变量值):._my_leaf_4.pvl_toe_angle;
•Camber Parameter Values(外倾变量值):._my_leaf_4.pvl_camber_angle;
•单击Apply,完成._my_leaf_4.ground.cfl_wheel_center结构框的创建。

•Coordinate Reference:._my_leaf_4.ground.cfl_wheel_center;
•单击OK,完成悬架参数变量设置。
