增压器密封环设计对工作的影响

摘 要:针对增压器密封环单侧超量磨损的问题,分析了密封环在工作时几种位置状态和成因,以及状态转换的条件和路径,分析了环侧轴向气动力、密封环弹力对密封环工作状态的影响,分析了密封环弹力设计要考虑的几个因素,给出了通过环侧气体压力和密封环轴向移动摩擦力、密封环弹力等参数的平衡约束计算方法。

Influence of the elasticity design for turbocharger sealing ring on its working state

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of excessive wear on one side of the sealing ring of turbocharger,several position states and causes of the sealing ring during operation,as well as conditions and paths of state transition,are analysed.The influence of axial aerodynamic force and elastic force of the sealing ring on its working state is analysed.Several factors considered in elasticity design of the sealing ring are analysed,too.The calculation meth⁃od of equilibrium constraints for the parameters,such as the axial displacement friction of the sealing ring,the gas pressure on the ring side and the elasticity of the sealing ring is presented.
