10mm2以上线缆铅锡焊接技术

【摘要】:卢冬影,李钰,崔盈,任苏萍,刘维娜摘要:根据电子技术常见焊接问题进行分析,针对10 mm2 以上线缆短路、虚焊、线束歪斜、硬化的焊接问题,从焊接时间控制范围、线束焊接歪斜及相邻焊接杯口短路方面提出解决办法,从可操作性出发,创新性提出10 mm2 以上线缆焊接操作方法,改进了线缆焊接技巧,焊接合格率99%,对提高线缆的可靠性焊接提出独到见解,对同行业的线缆焊接具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of common welding problems in electronic technology,some solutions to the problems of short circuit,false welding,twisted and hardened wire cables above 10 mm is put forward.Starting from operability,the innovative method of welding cables above 10mm is proposed,the cable welding technique is improved,the welding pass rate is 99%,and the unique insights are proposed to improve the reliability of cable welding,and it has certain guiding significance for cable welding in the same industry.
