爆炸载荷下悬臂梁支撑约束模拟方法研究

【摘要】:毛伯永,翟红波,苏健军,丁刚摘要:为了探讨爆炸载荷作用下悬臂梁支撑边界的约束等效模拟方法,基于Euler-Bernoulli 梁理论,建立了悬臂梁支撑结构的动态响应模型,以末端响应为等效量,给出了原型结构与模拟结构支撑边界的约束等效模型,并基于Autodyn 软件对不同支撑梁结构的冲击动力学响应进行了仿真分析。研究成果可为爆炸试验中悬臂梁支撑结构边界的约束等效设计提供一种新的思路。

摘 要:为了探讨爆炸载荷作用下悬臂梁支撑边界的约束等效模拟方法,基于Euler-Bernoulli 梁理论,建立了悬臂梁支撑结构的动态响应模型,以末端响应为等效量,给出了原型结构与模拟结构支撑边界的约束等效模型,并基于Autodyn 软件对不同支撑梁结构的冲击动力学响应进行了仿真分析。结果表明,建立的等效模型可用于悬臂梁支撑边界的约束等效模拟结构设计,采用不同力学性能的材料可以实现边界约束的等效模拟设计,而相同力学性能的材料则无法实现边界约束的等效模拟设计。研究成果可为爆炸试验中悬臂梁支撑结构边界的约束等效设计提供一种新的思路。

Research on constraint equivalent simulation method of cantilever beams supports boundary under blasting loading

Abstract:In order to study the constrain equivalent simulation method of cantilever beams support boundary under blasting loading,the dynamic response model of cantilever beams support structure is established based on Euler-Bernoulli beam theory.Then taking the endpoint response as the equivalent quantity,the equivalent mod⁃el of the constrain boundary between prototype structure and equivalent simulation structure is given,and the im⁃pact dynamic response of different supporting beams structures are simulated and analyzed by Autodyn software.The results show that the equivalent model can be used in the design of equivalent simulation structure of cantile⁃ver beams support boundary.The equivalent simulation of boundary constraints can be achieved by using materials with different mechanical properties,while not to be achieved by the same mechanical properties materials.The research results can provide a new idea for the constraint equivalence design of cantilever beam support boundary in explosion test.
